B & D Products, LLC has been designing and installing specialty interior wall systems for over 20 years. Our PHARMCO TECH® Heat Welded Seamless Complete Coved PVC Wall Cladding System consists of a white finish panel, 3-way bend connector, inside bend connector, 5” with a 2” radius cove, Floor to Ceiling and  Wall to Wall when required by the end user.  These connectors are vacuum formed in our manufacturing plant to give you a smooth clean room finish while maintaining the Fire Rating. Our direct lamination to the substrate  is advantaged in minimizing the possibility of bacteria and mold growth behind the panels. To finish the clean room wall system we heat weld every seam with a white, UV – protection, PVC flexible welding rod to match the panels and the transitional pieces.
